It's a repeat of the interview she did right after Whitney died last month, nothing new.

do we know for sure if it's a repeat?

CNN's website says that on Piers tonight, Natalie Cole discusses Whitney's death publicly for the first time - if this was a live sitdown with both Natalie and Chaka, there's blockbuster potential.

I caught the commercials online today at work. Seems like this is a new interview. I kept hearing reference to the Trayvon martin case - so I don't know if she'll be speaking out against it - maybe tying it to her Chaka Khan Foundation some kind of way.
